Terms of Service

Veyo is designed for educators, schools, and districts. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your institution to create an account. If you're using Veyo on behalf of a school or district, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@helloveyo.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use Veyo to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Veyo.
• Use Veyo to generate content that endangers students or exposes minors' personal information without proper authorization.

You retain ownership of the lessons, decks, and materials you create in Veyo. You grant Slingshot a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your classroom materials and do not sell them.

Veyo uses AI models to help generate lesson drafts, decks, and documents. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it with students, and for ensuring it aligns with your district's policies and standards.

Booking a demo is free. Paid plans, when purchased, are governed by the order form or subscription terms provided at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can stop using Veyo at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

Veyo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Slingshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Veyo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these terms as Veyo evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
